Free and easy returns and exchanges

As our stores are closed until February 8th, in order to facilitate your online shopping, we offer you, during this period: returns and exchanges free of charge!

Select up to 6 items on the online store and return for free what doesn't fit!

- Returns are at Frëtt Design's expense.

- Items must be returned within 13 days of the shipping date.

- Free returns for exchanges of regular priced items / $5 for discounted items.

In-store pick-up

Avoid shipping costs and delays! Take advantage of our contactless pick-up service at one of our Frëtt stores!

We offer pick-up at the Caplan store from Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm.

Montreal: Monday from 11 am to 1 pm and Thursday from 3 pm to 5 pm.

When you order online, at the delivery step: select the "pick up in store" option and we will notify you by email when your order is ready!

All orders will be processed within 10 business days. 

Exchanges and refunds are possible according to certain criteria. See our return policy for more information.
 

Lay-away

A deposit of 30%, after taxes, is required for a lay-away. You have 30 days (after the day on which the item becomes available) to pick up your item. The price remains the same as at the time of the lay-away, even if the price has since been reduced. Once this period expires, you lose the deposit. In the case of a special order, the 30-day period begins when the merchandise is received in the store.

Taxes

Deliveries in Québec are subjected to the 5% GST and the 9.975% HST on the amount of the sale (GST excluded) and added to the total cost. Deliveries outside of Quebec are subjected to the applicable taxes of your province.
