Frëtt Design Policies

Online Boutique

Please rest assured that we will process your order with the utmost care. However, should you become aware of any errors, or if the selected item does not satisfy you, do not hesitate to contact us.

Frëtt Design is committed to regularly updating the online boutique. In the event that the selected merchandise is not in stock, we will send you an email to notify you of its manufacturing deadline. We will also notify you if the merchandise is no longer available. All orders will be processed within 10 business days. 

Online purchases may be returned by mail along with the Frëtt Design return and exchange form.

You can also return the item in person in any one of the two Frëtt Design stores : Caplan or Montreal.

For an online refund, you must contact Customer Service by email with your invoice number at montrealboutique@frettdesign.ca or (514) 507-9772.

All refunds are made in keeping with the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days following confirmation of the refund and after the returned merchandise has been received. The shipping fees are not refunded. Once the 10-day period has expired, the items will only be covered by the Return Policies


A deposit of 30%, after taxes, is required for a lay-away. You have 30 days (after the day on which the item becomes available) to pick up your item. The price remains the same as at the time of the lay-away, even if the price has since been reduced. Once this period expires, you lose the deposit. In the case of a special order, the 30-day period begins when the merchandise is received in the store.


Deliveries in Québec are subjected to the 5% GST and the 9.975% HST on the amount of the sale (GST excluded) and added to the total cost. Deliveries outside of Quebec are subjected to the applicable taxes of your province.
