Return and Exchange

Not satisfied with your item? You can return it to the store (in Caplan or Montreal) if the following conditions are met: 

Return policy

REFUND

REFUND is accepted, with proof of purchase (paper or electronic), within 10 days of the date of purchase.
Items to be returned must have been bought at LESS THAN 15% discount, not have been worn and must be clean and accompanied by the proof of purchase, their labels, and the original packaging. All refunds are made in keeping with the original method of payment.

EXCHANGE

EXCHANGE is accepted, with proof of purchase (paper or electronic), within 30 days of the date of purchase. 
Items to be returned must have been bought at LESS THAN 15% discount, not have been worn and must be clean and accompanied by the proof of purchase, their labels, and the original packaging. 

A CREDIT NOTE may be given and has to be used within 30 days of the date of issue, if the credit note is not used within 30 days, it will be automatically cancelled and not usable.

GUARANTEE
Once the 30-day period expired, the items will ONLY BE covered by the Frëtt Design Guarantee. Items that are damaged by an accident, inadequate maintenance, inappropriate use, normal wear and tear or simple negligence will not be covered by our guarantee.

Items purchased in the store can only be refunded in the store.

Exceptions

Gift cards are not refundable. There is no deadline for using a gift card or a pre-paid card.

Free mail-back return procedure

If you cannot make it to a store, please follow the following steps:

1- Have your invoice and online purchase confirmation email on hand (you have 10 days from the date of purchase).
2- Contact Customer Service by email with your invoice number at montrealboutique@frettdesign.ca or at (514) 507-9772.
3- Write down the return number Customer Service will give you and write it on the downloadable form.
4-Download and fill in the Frëtt Design return and exchange form.
5- Wrap the item in its original packaging, include all the labels and place the form inside.
6- Download the return label that Frëtt Design will email to you.
7- Print the return label without adjusting the format. The format label must remain the same as during the printing process.
8- Fill in the part reserved for the shipper in the upper left corner of the return label.
9- Affix the printed return label to the top of the parcel so that there is no interference with the upper opening or that it is not blocked by adhesive tape. 
10- Go to a Canada Post outlet and send your parcel to the following address:

For a refund, you must contact Customer Service by email with your invoice number at montrealboutique@frettdesign.ca or (514) 507-9772.

All refunds are made in keeping with the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days following confirmation of the refund and after the returned merchandise has been received. The shipping fees are not refunded. Once the 10-day period has expired, the items will only be covered by the Frëtt Design Return Policies (see below) and the Frëtt Design Guarantee. Items that are damaged by an accident, inadequate maintenance, inappropriate use, normal wear and tear or simple negligence will not be covered by our guarantee.
